The Sweat Science now offers private group sessions for all teams. Group boxing training is a great team building and motivational tool to help keep your team on top of their game, while having fun at the same time! We have plans & packages catered to your fit your teams needs!
Our heavy-bag studio allows for up to 22 participants, but there are options for bigger groups.
What does your booking include?
1 private group boxing class led by one of our professional boxing instructors, hand wraps, water, and an after class refresher; a healthy, yet delicious juice brought to you by Jugo Juice.

boxing classes exclusively designed for young boxers. These youth boxing classes are tailored for your child to develop an understanding of the boxing basics: balance, co-ordination, boxing technique, and discipline. We will be giving them a platform to develop and grow their skill set in a fun and safe environment. This is a non-contact class, and it will be led by one of our professional boxing instructors.
