This class was designed around developing technique for newcomers to the sport, though all experience levels would benefit from this form-oriented coaching. Boxing fundamentals aid in establishing a concrete boxing foundation, which will allow you to progress further in your future workouts. Be prepared to sweat while we show you the ropes.


HIT-FIT


Classroom: Heavy-Bag Studio

One of our Bad-ass coaches will guide you through a fierce 50 minute workout that promises to challenge. Elements included in this class are footwork drills, high intensity intervals, shadowboxing, plyometric movements, heavy bag drills, and core exercises.


 TKO

This advanced boxing class is designed to increase your boxing knowledge and take your boxing skills to the next level. TKO is longer than our other classes, so be prepared for an ass kicking of a workout with a strong emphasis on proper form and ringmanship


BOOTCAMP / BOOTY BOOTCAMP

Our bootcamp class is made up of half heavy bag work, and half bootcamp workouts that include strength and conditioning drills that are unique to boxing. They involve a multitude of powerful plyometric activities including throwing, jumping, slamming, pushing, and pulling. The other 6 rounds are technical heavy-bag drills oriented towards developing speed, strength, and coordination.

You will have the choice of starting on the bag or the floor when you sign up for the class. 

The booty bootcamp is a combination of heavy bag work, and intense butt, and leg toning workouts using various materials including resistance bands.


TRAIN WITH A FRIEND


Classroom: Ringside
Duration: 60 min
Class size: 2


A private training session with a friend and the coach of your choice. These sessions run between 45 and 60 minutes and will take you through a combination of high intensity drills, pad’s, heavy bag work, core exercises and plyometric movements. Theses training sessions are designed on the same template used to train elite boxers. They focus on improving your cardiovascular system while burning fat and building muscle.


1 ON 1


Classroom: Ringside
Duration: 60 min


Personalized sessions will elevate your boxing game to another level. Over the course of an hour, you will be guided through a combination of high intensity drills, pads, heavy-bag work, plyometric movements, and core exercises. The template used to design this course is consistent with the training methods of professional boxers. The boxing coach of your choice will work with you individually to accomplish your personal goals as well as improve your cardiovascular endurance, build muscle, and burn fat.
