    Class Size : 10

    Our bootcamp class is made up of half heavy bag work, and half bootcamp workouts that include strength and conditioning drills that are unique to boxing. They involve a multitude of powerful plyometric activities including throwing, jumping, slamming, pushing, and pulling. The other 6 rounds are technical heavy-bag drills oriented towards developing speed, strength, and coordination.
    You will have a choice of starting on the bag or the floor when you sign up for the class.

    50 minutes of high-intensity interval based shadowboxing, plyometric-movements, core exercises and Heavy Bag work guided by one of our inspirational coaches in our exclusive heavy bag studio.

     


  • Boxing 101
  • This 50 minute class was designed with the novice Boxer in mind however all levels will benefit from the attention to technique and form that we cover in this class.
    BOXING 101 will help you develop a solid boxing foundation allowing you to
    get more out of your boxing workouts.
